I had to revise an active listing on eBay and on the "Suggestions" page (where they try to get you to buy upgrades) they had Gallery Plus (free). I played with listing via SYI form and there Gallery Plus was also shown as Free. No mention of a promotion or a time limit. Is this truly a free upgrade or will I be socked with an upgrade fee when I relist? I can't find the announcement.
Edited to add: I found it in an eBay guide: Along with getting extra pics, Collectibles, Antiques, Art and Pottery & Glass categories get free Picture Pack, and free Gallery Plus. It's not a promotion.
(I also found it in Caroline's EO thread in February).

Pixi: I believe there was an announcement sometime since January about this. My recollection is that it's free now.
