Neat sites. Not very easy to use if you have no clue what you are looking for.
I have a blue and white porcelain piece that I think is antique. It is a large covered bowl with either a stork or heron. A friend gave it to me many years ago and said it had been in her family for ages. She also gave me many victorian pieces inherited from the same relative. I do pretty well identifying American antiques but am totally clueless with Asian.
Think I will get the bowl out and do some browsing on the site.

If you have some really nice Asian antiques,dont hide them in the attic,sell them!
Both Japanese and Chinese antiques fetch a good buck these days,the Chinese want their antiques back and some of their dealers are hunting on Ebay!
