I am also coming over from Autiva and have tried for 2 days to list an item and keep getting error code.
Can someone who has this mastered please advice the simply way to use this service? I have read how to but reading it and making it happens is 2 different things.
Am I making it harder than it really is? I just want to list on Ebay.
This error message generally indicates that you have not filled out the Vendio Store information (or it is not complete). However, you should be able to save the item and continue despite this. Are you unable to save the item and/or list it to eBay?
Also, it looks like you are using Internet Explorer 8.0. There are currently some problems with IE8 and our website, that our engineers are working on correcting. In the meantime, please try running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode and let us know should you continue to have trouble. You may find instructions for running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode here:

I have the same issues, creating listings is a nightmare. My listings don't get saved and I try over and over and over again to go through it step by step to figure out what the error message means.
There was a problem validating the eBay ad. Please try again.
I don't understand what it means, it doesn't even highlight it to make it easier for me to find out what it wants. I feel like a beta tester for Vendio.
Half of the software is horribly designed. Counter intuitive is a great expression that another user used to describe this software. Your programmers need to do a lot of work on this software to make it easier to use.
