Ok, I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, BUT... I keep seeing my items, which are new, with a blank after item condition on the new listing version. I wasn't concerned until I got a call form Ebay today telling me blah, blah, blah, but she mentioned I should fill in the item condition so that my new items will have greatly visibility on the NEW item pages.
I have searched and searched and cannot find this option.I have looked under Item Specifics and it just shows origin, color, etc. What am I doing wrong?? I am listing directly onto Ebay. This is mainly in the Pottery and Glass section.

I just tried to find it as well and it's not there that I can find either.
Did you check into preferences?
Have you tried to edit a listing and see if it there then?
I just hate listing directly with ebay. They assume you are just listing the same thing over and over. If you're not really careful you end up with all the wrong information.

Could it be 'new ' only applies to certain categories?

I thought about all of the above suggestions, but my NEW listings show the option of CONDITION, but a blank after the word (--). It is the first thing you see. So, if the CONDITION label is there, why can't I find the place to put the word NEW in?? Once again, Ebay is wasting my time.
