For the past 6 weeks or so, I have not been able to send a combined eBay invoice with multiple items won. They show as single items. Some people still don't like to use the Vendio checkout so I have to use eBay. I have left posts on eBay and the response I get back is Vendio is the problem. Buyers are not happy and then I have to go to PayPal and cut and past to send a combined invoice. All these fee's I pay everyone and it seems I have to do all of the work.

Are you making sure that you check both items and hit the reset button to reset the total and shipping cost? I missed doing that the first few times...the reset button is down by the total and recalculates the costs then you update the shipping cost. It's not very clear the way it's laid out.

Only 1 items appears on the invoice. Even though they are the same winner, they appear as individual winners on My Ebay sold items.

There is something about using a third party checkout that keeps the items from combining via the eBay system.
At least that is what I was told the problem was in the past.

It has worked for years. I'm going back to when Vendio was Auction Watch. Something was changed back in mid June.
