Is ebay now allowing digital goods in auctions? I've recently noticed quite a bit of increase in the listings.
I thought they changed the policy that digital goods had to be in Classified Ad format.
Much of the auction listings include the word "CD" in the titles, but the listings almost always say they will email a PDF file.

This items good to buy only if you need the feedback, You pay$.06 cents and you get positive feedback will increase your score and you can keep getting the power sellers discount from e bay and higher positioning in search.

Here is the disclaimer on the bottom of one of the auctions. An actual CD can be had if you pay for First Class shipping, otherwise it is an e-book for free shipping. Guess it is O.K.?
