I've seen some seller mention that they have an old 1 or 2 DSR which is stopping them from having a TSR. I can only see mine for the last 4 weeks. Am I missing something?
Is the new DSR system going to change every 4 weeks or is it going to cover more time.

ebabe - I've come to think that this depends on the number of transactions. How many transactions did your 4-week period cover? Mine went back 3 months and covered 850 transactions. I remember someone posted earlier that theirs went back a year and covered 700 transactions. I don't understand it!

I have a situation where I have just a couple of 1&2's, then, even though all my feedbacks are very positive, someone gave me 4 1&2's. Does anyone know if they drop off after a year like negs? This is all so confusing!

Neglus - I don't see the number of transactions on the page that show 1 and 2's.
Maybe I'm on the wrong page? Where are you seeing the time period and the number of transactions?
I did get a call this morning from ebay that I'll have a TSR on my second ID. I wasn't even a power seller on that ID until a few days ago.
She seem to think it would be based on the last 4 weeks only, but to be honest she didn't know the answer to most of my questions.

I see it at the top of my "dashboard" - there is a link you can click on to check to see if you qualify for TSR:
Here's what you get when you click on them:

I don't think the DSR report is the same as this thing Merrie. What do you get when you click on "Check your low DSR's and see if you are on track to qualify"?

Thanks Neglus - don't know why I didn't see that before.
Mine is based on 12 months as well. It must have something to do with the number of transactions. High volume sellers are rated on a short period of time.
It also shows me how ridiculous the whole thing is - I have a 1 in shipping time on one ID. My partner does all the shipping on that ID and she ships the same day 90% of time and the next day if they pay too late for same day.
