Sorry I have search for the post but cannot find it.
A few weeks back Bill mentioned a Dummy book that was basic for developing a website. Does any one remember the name of the book?
Also anyone know if a Prostore is any good for selling?

Search Engine Optimization For Dummies
Great book. It was a tremendous help in understanding SEO.I would read the book first, and then, with the knowledge gained from your reading, decide on a store.
As for ProStores - do you really want to do business with another ebay entity?
