The number that i had is no longer working and the only other that i could find is now direct to the phillipines. i am looking for a phone number in america. TIA

It would seem that all calls to ebay for help now go to the Phillipines. that is all call centres inc powersellers and any other help you may want. i have tried at least 5 different nos.

Rats! I just noticed that the number for Stores support is gone - they used to be really helpful but I guess they were victims of one of the lay-off rounds.
Agate - it's a holiday here in US (Labor Day) - Maybe Philippines are manning phones until tomorrow?

Hope your right neglus But i dont hold out any hopes. I noticed that the usual phone nos that actually used to work several weeks ago no longer work and any that do are all channelled to the phillipines. i asked them what is happening and they said all calls will be channelled thru the to the phillipines. They also said that a few may go to a location on the west coast. They would not tell me where. perhaps these are the cuts that ebay need to stay in business.
I spent 1.5 hrs on the phone last night our time with the new powersellers trying to sort a problem . Did all they told me to. Only to find that they did not have a clue. They are very difficult to understand, and you have to repeat yourself many times to be understood.most frustrating. a shot of things to come.

niel35 I also used at least 3 numbers thru america. 2 of them are above this. so it is not just australian numbers. i will try to list the problem later today. thanks.
My wife heather is the one doing the quilting. And yes she is going great with it thanks. I cannot sew to save my life.

They closed the West Coast Call Centre in British Columbia recently which is where I believe that some of your calls were directed.

At that time all our powersellers calls were going there to canada. when they closed it about 4 weeks ago our calls were going to the usa. But now they all seem to be going to the phillipines. it does not matter which no's that i use. they are all going to the phillipines.
