I used to know how to do this but cannot remember.

I need to create a private listing for a specific buyer. It will be BIN. How do I make sure that only the buyer I am creating the listing for can use BIN?

I think you can specify who can bid 'approved bidder only' or something like that, unless they banned that too.

I don't think you can do a private listing anymore - you can do a FP30 listing at a ridiculous price with a best offer. Send your buyer the item # and let him/her know that you will accept the offer at the agreed upon price.

Thanks for the suggestions. It turned out to be a non-issue. I created the listing , sent the buyer an email and they purchased it 5 minutes later.
