I have this strange glitch that happens every so often in my quickbooks that only seems to happen with transfers from one checking account to another (both our business accounts).
I don't enter transfers manually, I just download them from my bank account into my quickbooks.
The glitch is simple. It shows up twice. Once as a Payment and then as a Deposit, in effect cancelling each other out. If I try to delete the wrong transaction it deletes both of them.
Anyone else have this problem? If so, can you give me info on how to correct this.
