Got my routine call from Ebay. Do they really think we are all idiots??
Some suggestions:
Take clear pictures (duh!!)
Describe item accurately (OK, why didn't I think of that??)
List in correct category (do some home work before you call me, I always list in appropriate categories, if other don't, mention it to them, not me).That is like a teacher calling all parents because one kid shot spit balls instead of just calling the offending party.
Don't list items you do not have. (again, duh!!)
I made some suggestions to her and told her I realized she was reading from a script, but since we were being recorded I made some suggestions, like stop changing the rules every other day sellers have more important things to do than keep revising listings.

We have received two phone calls this week. The second phone call my wife told them that we record our phone calls too and he said then he couldn't talk if we recorded. But why not? We would like to remember what they told us to " sell more ",so why not record it. She said just send a email which came without any other new ideas. I said how about making it easier to sell, with less fees. Now with more restrictions on no insurance and no verifications of receiving so we can protect ourselves from bad DSR's much more of our profits will be lost. Give us real HELP ebay not training exercises , save money and give it to your stock holders.
