The free Vendio storefront you signed up for wouldn't be able to edit the design or looks of your eBay storefront. You can use the eBay templates we have available however to list your items from your Vendio account over to your eBay storefront, but that would be formatting the listings themselves and not your eBay storefronts actual design. Editing the layout and design of your eBay storefront must be done from the eBay website directly.
