I usually used the enhanced picture uploading option on the SYI form, but for some reason, I am getting a pop-up box that asks me to click on it, but nothing happens when I do. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Maybe you need to clear your cookies or it could just be ebay. I get weird stuff like that from time to time myself.

Ask Ebay live help.
I have the same problem under AOL.

Hi guys, I tried both those things. Live help seems to think its a Windows problem. I tried to find a phone # to call MSN, but they want $59 for doing that. I asked on the Canadian board also, and several people are saying they have the same problem, so maybe it's just an eBay glitch.

It just may be an eBay problem. You are not alone.

My question is, when I go to Live Help, why do they never know that they are having a problem?!

If this is something that persists and your using a newer machine with Vista and IE8 on it, try switching browsers to see if that helps.

The FireFox browser from mozilla is a great one to have installed on any computer, as even if you don't end up using it for all of your browsing online and stick with IE8 - you always have something you can check a website with to see if it really is a problem with the site or just another IE8 compatibility issue.

Chris

Thanks for your reply Chris. I have Mozilla Firefox, but on that I am not even getting an option for enhanced pictures, just the basic. It seems to be an "add-on" problem, but I don't know how to resolve it.
