Well, let's see.
If I report it to eBay, I'll get an answer back in about 48 hours. It'll be a totally irrelevant and/or factually incorrect answer, but it'll be an answer.
If I cancel the sale, it's over and done with.
I think we can have more fun reporting it to eBay.

I assume this is a scam since it involves Nigeria but how does it work? Did he/she add $100 to PP payment?
