I have not been buying for a while but since we moved and 'upsized' a little I thought I could start to buy again!

I was browsing and found a Seller who had some interesting items. The Seller does not have an EBay Store.

I was on one of their listing pages and nowhere could I find the link to add the Seller to my Favourites list.

Please tell me I missed it however if I did not miss it then how are we supposed to remember the Sellers?

PS. Keeping their name written on my hand just won't work for me!

Click on their feedback, then VIEW MORE OPTIONS. Pop up box appears with ADD TO FAVORITE SELLERS.

Well...thank you, Max.

This raises the question that if I couldn't find it as an experienced EBayer then how in the heck is the average Buyer supposed to find it!

EBay becomes more insane every day!

You are so right! I wondered where that went! Thanks for finding out.

If anything needs to be on the 1st page at the top - this does.

So....is there anyone here who has a contact at EBay they can mention it to?
I am a little Seller so I don't have telephone numbers or a Rep to talk to.

I tried the 'Contact Us' route last night and it was insane as there was nothing in their many drop-down menus that could apply. Finally I clicked on something and sent a question about it. The minute I had done that then up popped a little note that said " We notice you went to several different screens looking for help, would you mind answering a short Survey as to why".

OH YES...... I answered their survey!!

I received a VERY long answer from Customer Service which treated me as though I was a brand new being on this earth!

Max was able to explain in one sentence however they had to copy and paste the long explanation with that sentence hidden in the middle.

It takes a lot to really get me annoyed but I am now offically ticked off!!! This is just not fair to Sellers who do not have a Store so if you are in that position then make sure you have a link in every listing to your other items.

Just an update to this complaint of mine!

I see that there is now a link again on the right in the box where it should be that says "Save this Seller".

Made me laugh a little as it begs the question....Save this Seller from WHAT?

Negative feedback? Non-paying bidders? Low DSR's?
