I'm trying to leave feedback and it won't let me. The button will just not operate

Are you the seller? I'm sure you know that you can't leave anything but positive if you are the seller.
Also if you are the buyer - I think you have to wait 7 days before leaving anything but positive. Not sure if the number of days are correct but I'm pretty sure on the policy.

are sellers able to leave any comments? i thought sellers could only leave a positive, and then if receiving a negative, only respond to it where it is.
is there a way to leave comments for a buyer?
