I received an email from PP stating that "We recently notified you of a bank reversal filed by XXXX XXXXX for a
transaction on Oct 15, 2009. We need a bit more information from you."
"Transaction details"
When I went to PP resolution center, I read the following--
PayPal Case ID:

We are temporarily unable to determine the status of your case.
Being a newbie to PP, I don't know what to make of it.

if it said instant payment, then it is not e check,it is either he has fund in his paypal account or he is using a credit card registered with Paypal.
You should ask Paypal for more information.
Did you ship with trackable DC?

Mystery solved--
"I did not reverse payment. I have just checked my paypalaccount, & it says Paid. What apparently happened is an old credit card number was used. I sent the correct one, but I didn;t know enough to delete the old one first. When they notified me, I corrected it, they sent me confirmation & I think all is well except a time delay in notifying you.
Doing business is not a game with me, & I assure you this bothers me, as i know it must concern you. I value my reputation, please accept my apology."
