I have a few NEW GEORGE WASHINGTON DOLLARS. THESE PARTICULAR COINS ARE MISSING THE " E PLURIBUS UNUM IN GOD WE TRUST 2007 P" EDGE INCUSED INSCRIPTION. THE SMOOTH EDGE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

One is sealed and 3 are in plastic covers but not sealed. I think these 3 have been handled but how can I tell??

You should take it to a coin shop,they should be able to advice you.
