Someone else thing the new way they are doing these suck. I also get errors when starting them through Vendio.
Ebay should only get their money after the seller is paid. Maybe then they would make sure buyers are following their user agreements.

Since we all have to accept Paypal,Ebay fee should come out of Paypal payment.
This is the best way -we get paid,Ebay gets paid.
