All of a sudden I have 2 ratings in the 1-2 range on my report and I can't figure out where they came from!! I have regularlly run reports and I did have 1 low rating on shipping before. Now I have 2 in shipping time and shipping and handling! I ship 6 days a week and charge actual shipping and combine shipping when possible and my handling charge is only 50 cents. Oh well, I guess they won't be giving me a discount if something else shows up.

Reports? You get reports![g]

My reports quit working about 2 months ago after I complained about about getting low ratings on items I had shipped for free.

As for glitches, could be but maybe not. I think some buyers are just plain grumpy and taking it out on whoever they can.
