I have a customer who says he added his sister's credit card to his paypal account and then paypal wanted him to add a bank account. He said now paypal will not let him use the credit card? I gave him their phone number and he called and they said their was nothing they could do. I don't understand this at all and think he could be trying to get out of paying.
Can I say that he could just mail me a payment?
This guy is driving me nuts with question after question after he made the offer and I accepted. I'd tell him to just go away but it's a lot of money.

If I remember correctly, you can only use a credit card so many times before PayPal requires you to have a bank account on file.

He just added the card.
Anyway he went to his paypal account and click send money - put my email in and I now have it.
I was on the phone with paypal when it happened and they said everything was fine and I would be protected.

I am not aware we can use other people's credit card ?
But make sure of this-seller protection does not apply if there is fraud involved like stolen credit card.
