Instead of the images on eBay, it says "Sorry this images is currently unavailable. Please check back later". Is this an eBay problem or a Vendio Problem.

I talked to eBay so this appears to be a Vendio problem? It looks like the Vendio program is not creating the thumbnails, since when I click on the eBay picture the image pops up.

eBay just sent me an email ...
here was an issue generating the Gallery picture for your listing:iPhone Flip Leather Case(#190389762862)
Why it didn't work:
We were unable to download your picture named:
http://imagehost.vendio.com/a/35051849/aview/Case1c.jpg
Here's how to fix it:
Either the Internet was very busy when we tried to download your picture and we could not get through, or the Web server hosting your picture is not functioning correctly. Contact your Web server administrator to make sure the server is okay.
You can provide a new URL, or request that we try to download your picture again, by going to:
http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePageV3&Item=190389762862
I tried listing it again and it still had the same problem
The problem is that the images are currently set to only be visible in your Vendio Store. You will need to set them to be generally available in order for them to appear in your eBay listings. To do this, please go to "Images" --> "My Images" --> select the images --> click the "Mark As" button --> select "Mark as General available" and click "OK".

Hello Deur1,
You have a completely different style of Vendio account, which does not have the problem that Olliesshop's account has. Please note that these are two completely different problems.
I checked a few of your listings in both Internet Explorer and Firefox, and was able to see the images without any problem. Could you please provide a specific listing number where you are having this problem, and also let us know exactly what you see where you should be able to see the images?
And then post back to that thread with the results. Also, please let us know whether or not the computer where you could see the images on both browsers is using the same ISP (Internet Service Provider) as the computer where you could not see the images on both browsers.
