My elderly friend told me these cups and saucers were "Block Optic" by Anchor Hocking. However, I've searched similar items and mine are slightly different. Mine have a small "nubby" band around the outside rims. I don't want to mis-identify the pattern (as I did on another item previously) so would appreciate any help with the name of this pattern/maker. Thanks in advance...

Hi: My depression glass book says it's Colonial Fluted (because of the rope edge). Otherwise it'd Colonial Block.
"Federal Glass Co., Columbus OH from 1928 to 1933. Made in crystal and green."
Try searching for Colonial Fluted in eBay and also in reproductions.com. I hope this is it. ~Adele

take a look at colonial fluted, also known as "rope" by federal glass company. I think that is the pattern you have. It was made between 1928 and 1933.
