If I'm returning an item - will the seller have to pay VAT? There's that check box for RETURN and I looked online and it seems like they don't but I wanted to double check.

Hi. The VAT hasn't been implemented. If it does get implemented, you will only pay it when you buy something...

Hello - I am shipping it back to the UK

I know we don't have VAT in the US. (yet)

VAT is similar to sale tax. If you are returning the item, there wouid be no VAT to the seller. Further, I wonder if there is a VAT charge when the item is shipped to the U.S.
