I need to ask this: when will the great new platform that Vendio has sunk its development dollars into benefit the legacy users who are footing the bill? Are we the albatross that you can't keep current with recent updates? If you are moving forward without us, do you have enough new users on your new platform to fund your company? eBay has imported all of my gallery listings into their database. I lose additional scans, but Vendio, although I hate to lose additional scans and history, I see the added value of your services declining rapidly and hardly worth the money I pay you each month.

Exactly! I just don't get the whole idea of recreating the wheel with the new platform. I signed up for it, tried to set up a store. I gave up simply because it was frustrating knowing that I already set up my store in the older version... why should I set it up again in a new version, and how long will that version last???
It should have been a smooth transition to convert over, but it isn't.
So, I have axed many of my Vendio services, and plan to axe even more, to the point I am eliminating just about everything.
I didn't mind paying Vendio a small portion of fees to make things better for me, but as eBay has improved their usability, Vendio really hasn't.
A bit off topic, but Vendio goes way out there to promote their free store service, but when you go look at the stores others have created, most are duds.

The majority of my career has been in B-to-B software sales. I understand the growing problems of patching old software to keep current and the need for a new platform. In a young, growing market, it's understandable if you sweep legacy users to the side to accommodate the surge of new users. In a mature, maybe dying market, you want to hold on to as many of your declining legacy users as you can. Don't invest in a new platform until you know how to transition them. Make sure you offer them the same value as when they first signed up for Vendio. Not Rocket Science.
