ever since adding vendio when a buyer trys to pay from the auction with paypal it tells them the payment can not go through
any suggestions?

Hello Allen,
It looks like you have since disabled it, but you did have the listing tools setup on your account and chances are had the 'eBay checkout redirect' turned on, which would force all of your buyer traffic into your Vendio account to complete the checkout process.
If this was enabled and you had items on eBay that you didn't list or relist directly from your Vendio account - it can force buyers into an endless loop of being directed to Vendio checkout where we don't have their details for that item number.
With that disabled now your buyers should be able to checkout via eBay normally.
