Now I am REALLY pissed!!

I checked my dashboard today and saw that I have one opened "buyer protection" case. Here's what it was - I sold a postcard and someone paid - PayPal held the money pending investigation of someone else using buyer's account - I guess that's what is going on! I couldn't even refund the money because it isn't credited to my account! Now I see it counts against me as an opened case!!??? What the heck!???
