I tried to do 6 different items. I wanted some to stay the same format and change two to another format. I could have done them all manually much faster.
If you couldn't see the item in the edit box it would automatically change the format even if you didn't check it. Guess you can only relist in the same format or only do 5 at a time.
Anyone else having a problem with this new improved option??

Is this on eBay or Vendio? I don't have experience with eBay but have been waiting on a decent bulk editor/relist tool on Vendio since forever.

Ebay.
They have this new spread sheet editing feature. It would be great if it worked correctly.

LOL. I have issues every time I relist using eBay. It is frustrating. I even called them many months ago about some odd behaviors and they assured me tech support would fix them shortly. Same problem still exists each time.

I just don't get how eBay comes up with what they include and don't include in bulk relisting. For example: They allow you to set up the length of the listing, they allow you to set up fixed price and choose "make an offer" but they don't give you the option to set up the auto accept/decline features.

The other thing that bugs me is the gallery plus image defaults. If you have 100 items that are non-collectibles and one item that is in the collectible category that gives you free Gallery Plus, it auto defaults ALL of the listings to include Gallery Plus which eBay charges .50 to $1 for each listing that is in non-collectibles. If you miss unchecking one listing and move to the next page and have to go back to edit the one... you have to edit ALL of them to not include Gallery plus. It is so frustrating and a major waste of time... but of course eBay makes money off sellers who miss this. I always check the fees they are going to charge me before listing to make sure I am not getting charged extra.

I must have a scowl on my face every time I relist on eBay b/c it is so obnoxiously terrible.

I think I'm getting the hang of it now.
Shag - this is a new bulk editing feature - it's like a spread sheet - they didn't have it months ago.
I just did some relist and was able to change the gallery plus if I wanted to. It's under upgrading. I don't know about the accept/decline feature but I'll check as I'm going to do a few more now.

which version of stores do you have with this? I think I have the .20 listing which probably doesn't include that... but I will have to check.

I have the basic store. I understood it was good for everyone - with or without a store, but the one ID I have without a store doesn't work the same. I can bulk edit relist but can't seem to send to auction in bulk editing.

There is an opt in and out at the top of the edit page. Try that.

Just curious, but where do you find this spread sheet style?

From my Selling Manager page I clicked relist, and the next page gave me an option for "Bulk Edit". When I click on that I can edit everything the same... but I don't see a spreadsheet format.

I am very curious to see what the spreadsheet looks like.

Look at the top of the bulk editing page and see if you see a link.
I only see the spread sheet now but I think I clicked a link at some point that took me to the spread sheet. Let me see if I can opt out and get it again.
I'll be back!!

Yes that's it. Just below the relist at the top of the page there is a link that says:
"Opt in and relist with the new bulk editing experience" This will take you to the spread sheet.

Did you find where you can set auto accept or decline option? It's there but hidden a bit.
Look under price and quantity. Once you select best offer - it pops up for you.
The more I use it this - the more I like it.
