Not to be sarcastic but good luck with that. Having 1's and 2's removed from DSR's is right up there with seeing the Loch Ness monster, fairies or elves. To be honest I really thing you have a better shot at being abducted by aliens. Unlike eBay aliens would knock you out before they probed you.

Now if we have Stalin in the White House,I am sure he will order Ebay to remove your 1 and 2 DSR!

I had an eBay rep tell me they would remove two of them (shipping fees) because I had a buyer tell me she was not given two shipping options as it showed in the listing during checkout. The eBay rep confirmed it, told me he would escalate it and contact me the next day. Nobody called. I called back 4 different times and nobody knew what I was talking about.
About two weeks ago an eBay rep called me to tell me the changes coming up. I blasted them for the problems mentioned above. She transferred me to her supervisor who told me that she was under the impression that DSRs cannot be removed.

i spent about an hour talking to an eBay rep who obviously was reading me back a prepared script. She kept telling me she respected my position. i replied that i wasn't looking for respect, all i wished for was fairness. she informed me that I could have feedback removed by court order. dave vs. eBay....right

Someone left me low DSR and Ebay said it will not count in my standing but the DSR stays.
One day Ebay sent me an email saying I better shape up,then the next day Ebay sent me an email praising me what a good job I have done!
Someone once posted an article from Auctionbytes?? of a professional dealer who used to sell on Ebay and said Ebay should break up auctions versus stores,I WONDER IF THIS IS COMING?
Or take the antiques and collectibles away from the motors, commercial equipment, office supplies?
There is such thing as law of diminishing return, all that programming which goes into patrolling and serving individuals?
It is quaality not quantity,of course you must first have quantity, but it is easier to sell one high end piece than to sell many low end pieces to make the same profit.

I agree with ebabe that ebay is the winner in all this. My feedback speaks for itself. I don't need eBay to drill it down for me. I have been in retail sales for over 25 years and one thing I have learned that no matter what you do there is a small percentage of customers that are going to be unhappy and they will complain to anyone who will listen. ebay is banking on that. You ding just 1,000 sellers for an additional $100.00 a month thats an extra $100k a month or $1.2 million a year for eBay. The greed is unreal.

There is this old ploy and it is coming back or at least I am seeing more now-
they received the item and they started to nick pick and they dont want to return the item ,they made it impossible sometimes for you to ask them to return the item as they no longer trust you to return the item.
So,how about a partial refund?
They know sellers dont want to get low 1 or 2 on item not as described, whether it is a used eraser,a wart on the nose or what,if they can get a few dollars back, they can resell it and make more.
