Sorry but I am new to Vendo,
I can not seem to find a way to keep my ebay items up to date.
Example: I could not find a way to end an ebay listing in Vendo so I went to ebay to do it, but the Vendo item still shows the listing.
First, can you end and modify active Ebay listings in Vendio
Second: Am I correct the Vendo does not stay sinked up with Ebay. So if I leave feed back, end an Auction, or do anything on ebay Vendo does not know it?
Agian this may be just my lack of expreince but I can not find a way to search the forums and the help section is sales related.

I think they eventually synch but it could take awhile. I force the issue by search for the ended item # among active listings in Control Panel. If you put a check next to the item and then refresh a time or two it should push it on to the "closed - unsold" status.

Hello meiermerch,
1. Yes. For your account you would go to the Channels - Marketplace listings page. Select the item in question, click the button to 'change status' and select 'end listing early.'
2. That is incorrect. For the listings that you launch to eBay from Vendio we will track all of these steps automatically. Only listings that you manage outside of Vendio would we be unable to track these steps completely.
