In the last week I've sold 2 items from my store at the BIN price (best offer was available as well). Each buyer immediately requested my User's information. This is odd as I've never had anyone request this before. No one has called me so I can't figure what's up with this. One buyer was even in UK. Neither have paid yet either.
Has anyone else had this happen?

It does happen, some may want to buy more from you at wholesale price or if local, come and look around and see what else do you have,or take you to lunch, whatever the motive is.
I have a case where a couple met with me at Starbuck,it turned out that they have a large inventory of old jade carvings which they would like to sell direct to people who have the means to pay for them, not to dealers who sell to them.
Also a case from greyhound rescue outfit, they really want you to adopt a retired greyhound.

I just heard from one of the "bidders" and their account was hacked but ebay didn't notify me. Guess I'll have to call ebay. Now I'm concerned about my account.

I ended up having to call ebay and was told that the second buyer's account was hacked but my item somehow got over looked. Ebay promised to correct it but didn't so I had to request to close the transaction.
What amazed me was that the customer service guy I spoke with told me that ebay wanted to take this time to tell me how much they appreciated me as a seller. He went on to say that they are working hard to eliminated buyers who take advantage of their system (non-paying bidders - bidders who leave lots of negatives etc).
That was refreshing.
