I have it set to open a UPI dispute on the 7th day.
My buyer had contacted me about getting more of a item that I'm currently selling. He had purchased the last one I have but I can get more which I offered to do for him early this week. Of course, he wants combine shipping.
The case was open last night and I want to go ahead and close it but I don't see a way to do that. I don't want to cancel the transaction as I don't want the fees back but that appears to be the only option.
Am I missing something?
Thanks

Why not ask him to pay for this one and the rest,do it off Ebay .

Once the customer pays, it automatically closes. You can also go in and close the dispute by saying that he paid.

Thanks Merrie - I didn't think of just marking it paid. It's not much money either way.

hwahwa - I only sell this item to help keep my number of items per month up(to keep my TRS). I don't make any profit so I need the record of sale.
