When listing through Vendio, you can specify to which regions you will ship when setting up your shipping options.
In your eBay account, you will want to go to "My eBay" --> "Account" --> "Site Preferences" --> "Selling Preferences" --> "Shipping preferences" --> "Exclude shipping locations from your listings" --> "Edit".
Also, from within your eBay account you will want to go to "My eBay" --> "Account" --> "Site Preferences" --> "Selling Preferences" --> "Buyer requirements" --> "Show" --> "Edit" --> "Buyers in locations to which I don't ship" --> and check the box for "Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to".

Thank you Nathan, I am having so many problems with some countries, I just need to exclude them. It's hard trying to work with people that you can't communicate with.
