We've tried several times to save and upload to eBay, vendio says it saved fine, but we go to eBay, no luck. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please note that you may check the error message for failed listings by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right for the details. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after checking the errors section of your account.
