I use Vendio exclusively for listing and auction management. Most auctions end and are paid for with no problems. Lately, I've been getting quite a few that get paid late or not at all. I had one buyer message me about how I want to be paid. If he had clicked "pay now", he'd have all the information he needs to pay and complete checkout. I'm getting suspicious that since the changes where the buyer has to go through ebay checkout, they get confused with the after sale email that vendio sends. I have my email say to click the pay now button in the auction listing. Still, I am having problems, especially for auctions where a buyer has won more than one listing. What kind of wording do you use in your end-of-auction message from Vendio?

I stopped sending them entirely to avoid confusion. I just send a post sale shipping confirmation through Vendio now.

I stopped using them as well.
Ebay sends an invoice but I always send one as well from ebay.
Of course, nothing will insure that they will actually pay for the item.

A couple of weeks ago I changed my Vendio listing template and accidentally checked "Send WBN". NO ONE PAID! In my Vendio post sale management, step 1 was checked but it took forever for the buyers to pay. I have no idea why! I sent out eBay invoices and eventually did get paid but suspect it had something to do with that WBN from Vendio.

onceoza - Vendio gets the buyer information via PayPal IPN when the buyers pay if you don't send out WBN and use Vendio checkout.

When you send the vendio invoice for eBay items, the buyer will click on the link in the letter and, if I recall, is then told that the redirect to eBay no longer works and they have to pay through eBay. It is just too confusing for them.
Much simpler to not send it and let them go directly through eBay. You will still get all the info you need to process the sale through Vendio.
