For those of you who are not familiar with subdivisions,I live in one and share a mail station with ten plus neighbors.
With one key,the mailman will open all the boxes in the station and sometimes he will misplace mail and packages.
The DC will show it has been delivered,unfortunately it has been delivered to my neighbor who does the happy dance when he finds gold or silver in the box !or anything he could use !
So as a reminder,Paypal seller protection for any payment $250 or more would require you the seller to use signature confirmation so the postman will bring it to my door for me to sign for it(ditto with insurance over 50 dollars).
Without the signature confirmation,you will not get seller protection,DC is not good enough.
