I sold a Disney collectible and everything was great until I get a message from the buyer today that she is not happy because the item did not come in the original box!
I bought it without a box, I didn't even know it originally came in a box, and I did not say it came with the box in the item description! Geez...
With the way Ebay caters to the buyers now, will she be able to file for a refund even though the item was described correctly? Will she be able to leave me negative feedback?

Ahhh...I see the REAL reason why she is not happy...the same item was listed by another seller today for a starting price of $20 less and it comes with a box.

I listed "No Returns" as my return policy, but I do accept returns on a case by case basis. I feel that she assumed something and didn't email me to ask.

Good grief. I posted my issue with this buyer on the Ebay seller boards and found out this a SCAM pertaining to my particular Disney item.
One of the posters told me that the next email was a plea for $50 and a few other things and sure enough when I opened the message from buyer, it was exactly worded the way the poster on seller central said it would be. I have offered to return her money after she returns the item in its perfect condition.
I am rethinking my selling on Ebay at this point even though I have 40 items ready to go. Too much hassel/drama for too little money.

Don't let one scammer run you off.
Most buyers are still very nice
Could be that she saw that it had been awhile
since you had listed and felt she could take advantage of that.
Maybe you should report the buyer to ebay.
