Now that you can have free ebay pictures, is there a way to list pictures through ebay when using Vendio to avoid having to pay a charge for storage?

Hello,

Note that the plan you have with Vendio isn't charging you anything for image hosting storage.

We have also been copying the images you upload to us and sending them to the eBay picture service so they show at the top of the listings (and within the eBay mobile apps.)

There is no way to upload the images directly to eBay, from Vendio, without uploading them into Vendio at all.

Regards,
Chris

Aren't I being charged $9.95 for 55MB and if I go over that, $19.95?

Hello,

You are currently grandfathered in to an old plan where your Image Hosting fees are credited based on your Sales Manager usage. In order to have to pay anything for Image Hosting your Image Hosting storage would have to increase above 55MB and at the same time your monthly Sales Manager usage would have to decrease to well below what it has been for the past two years.

Please be aware that this public forum is not the best place to discuss billing related issues. Should you need further assistance with this, please contact us by going to "Help" (at the top right of the page in your Vendio account) --> then click "Request Support" under "Contact Us".

Regards,
Nathan

Nathan,

I did as you asked and tried to contact customer service. It has been over two weeks and I still haven't gotten a response.
