Has anyone had any great sales or wonderful finds lately?

While there have been no spectacular finds or sales, I've been picking up a lot of saleable merchandise and sales have taken a jump.
I recently got on the bandwagon and bought a android phone, which has paid for itself many times over in a short period of time.
While I have concentrated on pottery and glass antiques for 13 years, I've noticed a big slowdown in demand. I now am picking up more recent collectables, not only in pottery and glass, but kitchenware, toys and just general merchandise.
Sales are great, and I'm actually picking up more than I need for immediate sale.

That sounds great. I have been trying to downsize personal collections lately and have been putting American Sweetheart Monax on and getting pretty good bids. I have a lot that I collected over the years.

I love American Sweetheart Monax but I don't collect it. I could never find but a piece here and there.
Sales have been slow so far this month but I really haven't been working much.
I ended last month with a big bang.
As for finds, I found a beautiful diamond platinum ring - Edwardian I think. I got it for resale but so far it hasn't left my finger.

Sales have been great for us... but it really depends on what we have. I had a pair of chairs we had reupholstered recently. Had to wait to put them in the local shop due to space constraints. While they were waiting for space I listed them on eBay and sold them in just a few days for double what I would expect locally.

I have been tracking sales and see that our monthly totals keep ticking up. I had a monthly sales goal that seemed logical earlier this year, but now we are almost doubling those goals. I am going to have to raise the bar.
