I just bought a Brother QL 700 thermal printer. I thought I would use it to print eBay shipping labels. Finally formatted it and got it aligned properly after calling Brother.
Basically, they set it up to be my default printer. Problem is that when I want to print a regular page, which is what I mostly print, I have to not only go change the printer, but I also have to reset the dimensions.
Looks like I opened a can of worms that I really may not want. For one thing, the label printer won't format Fed Ex labels.
Anyone have experience with multiple format printers that would make this easier?
One other question... anyone use eBay shipping to print UPS/Fed Ex labels? I attempted to print a label for Fed Ex, but had no success. eBay states they will bill me at the end of the month because it is Fed Ex, but they also do not provide a means to cancel a label. So, if I don't use the label (tracking #) ever, will I be billed?
I know my Fed Ex account won't bill me until the label has been used for a shipment and the package has been delivered. They bill my credit card after the delivery.

I can't help with the 1st part but I do print UPS labels with ebay shipping. It really just takes you to paypal but does show
the information on your ebay label page so I'm good with that.
Only thing is that starting next May - we won't be able to print UPS label from paypal at all. That's going to be a pain.
