This is a question on registered mail going overseas?
Is it trackable online, does it have online signature confirmation?
I recall Bill uses registered mail to ship packages overseas?
I am having a problem now,if I ship an item which is over $250,the only way I will have signature confirmation trackable online to make Paypal happy is Global express mail, not express mail not medium or large size priority box .
Global express mail is run by Fed Exp and it is awfully expensive.

I recently mailed a package to China using Registered Mail. Here is the tracking so far ... Read from the bottom up. Apparently it has not yet been delivered. The only person who can accept the package is the addressee, and it must be signed for.

Will your buyer signature be trackable online by Paypal?
If it is just on a piece of paper, does it have his name as well as the address and date?
See,this is what Paypal is saying,if it is not trackable online ,then the signature confirmation on a piece of paper must be more than just the signature,it must have other information as well like address etc on a piece of paper which is local post office form

No, there has been no update on the shipment.
I emailed the buyer through both regular email, and the eBay message system. There has been no response from them. I have to assume that the buyer will/has refused to pay the customs due on the package. Since this is in China, I have to pray that the item will be returned to me.
The buyer asked to have the order shipped by Registered Mail.
I checked at my local post office today. They told me that since the item was sent by Registered Mail, addressed to the buyer, that the order has to be signed for by only the buyer.
