Is anyone else having Policy compliance issues?
Five weeks ago I came off a 3 momth LOW compliance for using WWII Anti-German Propaganda in two of my listings. Yesterday I got hit with a MEDIUM for having 2 duplicate listings in 30 days. I have 14000 items and I am human and make mistakes. 13 years of selling and very very seldom do I have an issue.
I am wondering is it me or is it eBay just playing god.

I have had no problems so far, but I only have ten to fifteen listings on at a time. What are the penalties for low or medium compliance issues?

I don't think eBay has the person or computer power to check everyones listing for dups or questionable material. So it figures that someone turned you in on the 1st count and on the 2nd count you may be on an electronic watch list or someone turned you in again.

You get pushed down in the search for medium and you don't exsist in search on low.
The worse part the low was during Christmas. My first year that sales didn't increase. I need to put my time and energy into another venue but nothing seems to generate the sales that I am getting on feeBay.
Allding I agree someone turned me in since there are far worse listings that violate eBays Offensive material policy then what I got nailed for.

with 14,000 listings,why cant you search your own listings looking for items which may be in violation of Ebay rules?
