I don't know how long this has been happening but I was looking at a listing and below the description is the 'Selling Manager logo'.

Out of curiosity I clicked on it and was taken aback when the eBay info about Selling Manager and the Free trial suddenly took the place of the Seller's (who is a friend) listing. It did not open up in a new window!

So....my friend paid for her listing and eBay are using it in this way?? I find that just one more sneaky way of taking advantage of the Sellers but nothing they do surprises me anymore.

Here is one of the listing Numbers...try it for yourself

there are so much information waving in our face when we are trying to find out about an item.
These days I have to crop the page when I print it so I dont waste ink.

I just clicked the orange SMP logo and it opened a 2nd page with the auction still intact. Perhaps it is a browser setting??? Seems to operate properly using Google Chrome.

Well, that's interesting.
It still treplaces the item description in Explorer.

I mostly use Exlorer and have changed nothing but I just tried Chrome and you are correct it does open a second window.

Huge number of people use Explorer so this is what they will see.

Not good!
