If a buyer can leave you a bad number rating on the stars, and you don't know why it was left and by whom for what reason, how do you know what you (in their eyes), how do you know how to fix it.
It is such an assinine system. If they leave a one or two, you don't know why, or whom. Seems like a really sucky system with no real value.

I feel the same.
The only value is strictly for eBay. It is their carrot for sellers who get discounts. They offer a 20% discount based on the DSR average. If you get too many low DSRs then you lose your discount.
Obviously, from a logical standpoint the DSR system is completely useless.
