I got the following message from ebay. :We're writing today to let you know that in early May, eBay will be removing the Self-hosting function for images in the Sell Your Item (or SYI) flow.
Does this mean I can no longer upload pictures through my Vendio auctions listed on ebaY?
I apologize for the confusion. If you are listing your items to eBay through Vendio this will not affect how you create/launch your listings. You can continue to attach your images to your listings when launching to eBay through Vendio as you have before.

Just got a notice from Ebay listing 9 of my items whose pics do not comply with new regs. 8 of them were CLOSED!!!

And the details in the announcement had said the GTC listings would not have to comply until or unless they were revised. Yet most of the ones on my list were GTC listings. Also some closed ones.
Don't even know how I would correct the older ones without totally retaking the photos and redoing the listings.
My plan is to hope most sell, perhaps even put them on sale to increase the odds, then close the rest in June and relist them in the Vendio Store. Thankfully, there are only about two dozen affected.

I got the same email on past auctions as well.
You can use your photo editing software to resize the photos,you can also download some software free to do it for you.
I dont know if the quality is the same.
