It shows in My Ebay that I have an offer on an item but when I click on respond, I get this:
There are no offers on this item
You currently do not have any offers on this item.
What's next?
Make best offer on this item. You can make up to 3 offers on this item.
It's like I am the one trying to make an offer. Good thing I don't really care about this offer but really ebay is this the way to help us make sales??

Great - now I just tried to relist some items and I get an error message stating that I can't relist because these items belong to another ID?? Guess I'll try signing out and then sign back in.

Check your listings make sure they all belong to you and change your pw it sounds like someone is trying to or is using your seller ID.

I don't see anything out of wack so I believe it was just an ebay glitch.
I hope so anyway. I'll keep an eye on it just in case.
