"Ok Buyer. Please let sellers know of any problems so we have a chance to fix it."
or
"Ok Buyer. Wish we had the chance to resolve the issue and accept a return."
The buyer never contacted me, instead choosing to leave neutral feedback. I contacted them after reading the feedback, told them I wished we were given the opportunity to resolve the problem and offered to accept a return. No response, so I sat on it for awhile and am now getting around to it.
Curious if this would be in violation of eBay policy since I don't really say they did anything wrong, but instead turn the table towards us being the problem while giving heads up to other sellers that they never made an attempt to resolve a problem.

I think most buyers once they left the feedback ,just move on .
You could bribe them by offering a discount or free shipping if they will change the feedback.
But I think we are only allowed to send so many feedback revision, like 5 in 1000.

I once left FB stating the buyer never paid and didn't have a problem. I did this before I file NPB and they had about 4 other FBs with the same comment.
I don't think you would have any issues leaving either FB.
