Guaranteed and Express Mail International?
Can you do ebay labels for either? I don't see either as an option on something I need to ship.

USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS GUARANTEED guarantees it would arrive within x number of days by the post office,or your money back.
It is run by Fed Exp Intl, not all post offices accept Global Express Guarantee,if it does ,there is cutoff time before 5 pm,say 3:30 pm and at 5 pm,your package would be turned over to Fed Exp.
It is the most expensive way of shipping from the post office ,if it is delayed at local customs, there is no money back.
It is trackable online on both USPS and Fed Exp websites and it would be signed for by the buyer and viewable online.
You have to use the special shipping box/envelope and tube and there are 2 forms involved, you can order them on the USPS website. If you print the shipping label online, you could save a few dollars.
This is cheaper than using Fed Exp ,same deal but Fed Exp could charge you a local fuel charge once it arrives in destination country, while USPS does not.
This is the cheapest way of shipping expensive overseas packages with tracking and signature confirmation, cheaper than Fed Exp,UPS or DHL.

You have to go to USPS website and do it,it would ask you where you are shipping from (your zipcode) and if your local post office does not handle global express guarantee, you have to find one which does,it wil show you a list in your area.
It has to do with Fed Exp comimg to pick up these packages at 5 pm or 5:30 pm/
As for plain Global express, you can do this on USPS website and ship from any post office, there is no money back guarantee when it will arrive and no guarantee the local post office will have your buyer sign for it.
