I got it and laughed when I read it.
Since eBay started this managed return system last year I have suspected we will see this as the newest requirement to qualify for the 20% discount on FVF. By Spring 2014, I suspect we will see this.
This is exactly why I gave up the 20% last year. First it was 20% for keeping your DSRs above their threshold, then it was 20% for keeping your DSRs above the threshold + offer free shipping, then it was 20% for the DSRs + free shipping + 14 day return.

Don't forget delivery confirmation requirement. I decided to give up my Top Rated Seller discount because I don't want to ship postcards (most sell for $10 or less)as a package in order to qualify for EDC. To me, this is the most ridiculous thing eBay has done to us postcard/stamp etc sellers.

Curious, but what alternative would you propose for Delivery Confirmation for items under $10, particularly flats like post cards, stamps, baseball cards, etc?
Would sellers just be required to issue refunds for items a buyer claims was not received?

When I ship small items first class & take them to the PO, I get a tracking #. I do not pay for DC. I upload this on My Ebay sellers page. It is not trackable online, but the PO can track it if there is a problem. So far, no problems.
